makaylas birthday

wow makayla just had her 3rd birthday. Boy how time flies, it seems like only yesterday that she was both. She has grown in to a little princess, her birthday was on the 23 but we celebrated it on the 22, we had a party for her where most of her aunts and uncles and cousins showed up it was fun. She got a lot of clothes. She is really into the little princesses right know. Her aunt rose bought her a little princess night gown and some slippers, and a little birthday crown. That night she had to wear the night gown and the sleepers. the next morning i had a hard time getting her to take it off she kept saying I'm a princess it was so cute.

hair cut

On feburary 20 makayla and i went and got our hair cut. Makayla just got a trim but i cut and highlighted mine, i was in such a need for it to be done. Makayla and i had a mother and daughter day we went to get our hair cut then we went to have lunch togeather then went and bought some things for her birthday party.

valintines day

so it has been a while since my last post i will start with my valentines day we received our tax money and went to Idaho falls to get prices on washers and dryers. We were also looking for a new stove. We spent a few hours there then came back to Blackfoot and got all 3 from Blackfoot appliance. we then went and bought a sofa table that i have been wanting for my hall way. It has a granite top so it was very heavy to bring in to the house, the hall way doesn't look as bare as it used to.

my weekend

So the potty training is done and over with. She really only had 2 accidents during the day, and one at night. so she was pretty easy. i have been trying to catch up on the housework over the weekend.(since i was sick for three days and didn't do anything). I thought i was doing really good when i walk into makayla's room and she decided that it would be fun to draw all over her bedroom walls with her markers. I tried to get it off with the magic eraser but that was not happening. so i had her in there scrubbing it with a wash rag while i was using rubbing alcohol to get it off. So needless to say it took me about a half hour to get it off. She came up to me and said "mommy me don't do it again". How can i stay mad at her. My son brought home a certificate about respecting others. he said that it was hanging by the office at his school. Austin is doing good in school. He comes home almost everyday with a different girlfriend. or saying he is sad because his girlfriend dumped him. I'm like wow he is only a first grader. i think it is so cute.

potty training

wow we have been doing the potty training thing with makayla. It has been a pretty good experiance. So diffrent then potty training a boy. She has done really good we just decided to take the diapers away and tell her that she needed to be a big girl. Josh took her diaper off monday morning and she cried a threw a fit for about 45 min but she calmed down and decided to give it a try. She was so happy the first time she went in the big toilet that she had to call me at work to let me know. She has had a few accedents but she has been doing really good. Im sooooo proud of her. I am not going to have a child in a diaper for her third birthday im so happy about that
